Cancellation Policy
While I do understand that things happen, to best serve my clients, there is a 24-hour cancellation policy.
You must give notice of your cancellation 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Failure to do so will result in a fee of 50% of the service you are scheduled for.
Failure to give notice at all (no call, no show) will result in a fee of 100% of the service you are scheduled for.
Failure to pay fees may result in having to put down a deposit upon booking your next service.
